How to do backside 180 heelflip guide

While rolling the skateboarder jumps and turn his/her body and board 180 degrees backside and the board is flipped by his/her outer toe and heel. Backside 180 and Heelflip are the two bases for this trick, without them, it’ll hard landing this trick. Have these two tricks down solid before going for this trick.

The following trick tip will show you how to do backside (bs) 180 Heelflip

Set up your back foot in the left corner pocket of the tail (right if your goofy). Then have you front foot just like you would for a heelflip, however you set up for yours.

1. Push a few times until you are rolling at a good speed.

2. Bend your knees getting ready for the pop with your shoulders winded a little. Pop the tail, and scoop to the left, or right if you’re goofy.

3. At the same time flick down and out to get the board flipping. Keep your legs up high as you turn your body backside to give the board room to flip.

4. Catch the board and push down evenly to land with all four wheels. Land riding switch and roll away smoothly.
